No need to pocket rockets. Just stunners.
A marine can toss a stunner (very short range) and pick it up. That stunner becomes active once dropped (drop item) and goes off in 4 seconds. It can still be tossed but uses the item unless you don't have it equipped. You need the picked up stunner equipped to drop it and stun (A spy) so you can win stabs against stunned opponents. Stunners don't effect the owner and use whatever mana left as a gauge for stun duration as it detonates. More mana you have once it pops, the longer you stun the other units in range of it's effects. You can pick up any stunner a player tosses, but it only self detonates if it was tossed. Meaning stunner items placed on map, need to be tossed as meant to be used in order to trick it for pocket drop stunner effect.
