Since limp has lost all initiative or care for his tournament Ratking and I are setting up a new date, time, and new maps.

WTC vs TVR game will be held on Sunday 4th at 2 PM EST. Time can be changed if disagreed upon by most playing.

8 Players - 10 Maps, each team gets to vote 5 small 2t maps or ffa map with 2 teams. Each team can veto 1 map out an replace it with there own additional choice.

The word tournament is rather liberally applied here. Why not just have ur 4 v4 teams set and draft from any rabble.

hmm, good point and question. miss your perspective on the forums, but it can be done even with two different participation populations (registered, drafted)
the 4 cores remain the same (and should be available for every game), and compete against each other for winning record to earn NGKGIAOLADTL CHAMPS TITLE
each map, non-core players are redrafted. the draftees compete against each other for winning record to earn MVP TITLE.

I expected them to all be "smaller", less time maps but I guess we can cut down 1 map so no tie is possible. Maybe 3 maps if 10 is too many.
