A single berserk reached us yesterday, after having come all the way over the mountains from the city of Willow, fourteen hundred miles away. He delivered to Alric a single package the size of a man's fist, wrapped in rags, and refuses to talk with anyone about events in the West.
Being newer to this game I haven't really learned good strategy but i can cope. Reading this made my head hurt with info but it really helped. The different viewpoints on things somewhat answers some of the questions I had.
My view is that 2 team strategy describes unit movement on the map (go this way, take that flag), while FFA strategy defines at what time certain moves will be made (rush middle at 2 min).
I've barely scimmed this thread, but gonna toss out my opinion anyways...
GKG is actually very good at FFA, regardless of whether or not he enjoys playing it... the rest of the arguments in this thread are retarded, so now that I've cleared that up, y'all can probably stop arguing now. Happy Festivus.
I always loved waiting for the wights on If I Had a Trow back in the TFL days. You knew each team had at least one (usually 2 or 3). When those zerks and trow would finally meet in the middle of that bridge it was always fun to see which team managed to hide/protect a wight long enough to use it!
