Soulblighter CD Key?

Hey!

I haven't played Soulblighter in a loooong time. Before I fork over the cash for a used copy on EBay, I just wanted to make sure that I don't get stiffed. Does the game itself need an unused CD key to register, or will a disk-only used CD work just as well?

Used disk will work just fine - there's no longer a need for CD keys with the latest updates. Additionally, you've already got an account on the Gate of Storms metaserver by signing up for the forums here (same username/password), so looking forward to seeing you online!

Thanks for the heads-up about the key. Do you run Windows or Linux? I can run both, so I just want to get the one that has less issues.

Most players are on Windows or Mac. There are some Linux users, but they are less common since the Linux port is just a year or so old. If you run into issues, feel free to post at the Project Magma forums (in tech support).

Windows and Mac are probably the most solid as Pyro says since they have been around the longest while Linux is newer. That said, we don't know of any critical outstanding issues on any of the platforms, and if you run into any please do let us know.
