I don't pick maps just because I like them, I pick maps because I think my opponent is weak in them. I would not have picked gyre. so that is null.

i'll show you some class the day you start acting like a man about your losses, and stop being so delusional about your 1v1 ability. i.e. never for you as well.

i don't care really, im just going to keep beating you, as I have always done.

If I still had all my films I could make a feature length film of duds... I played a gimble FFA once and my dorf dudded 5 out of 7 tosses, 4 of which were in a row. The odds of that are... not very high.

Adren, played a game last night where my puss duds 3 times in a row (I kept re-picking it up). Excuse the poor play on my part, as I was lagging and not therefore interested in playing the gametype (KotH).

Okay I updated everything for heavyweight and light heavyweight. I am missing game links for the following matches:

PK vs Slate #1
PK vs Asmo #1
Rawr vs Asmo #1

PK and rawr, you need to go find and post those still.

I still need to update the other divisions, will do later.

have asked a few ppl to play a few different times now... nothing has happened... starting to lose interest. in retrospect, DE format would have been better.

Maybe give it some time until after MWC. I think most people are concentrating on that for now.

Adren ~im losing interest in this tournament, coincidentally when I am already knocked out of any possibility of being ranked #1. Let's blame my lost interest on the tourney format.

lol shut the fuck up. You are lucky to have won our last match... you can thank my lack of patience. I basically let you win that DE game... I would have finished you 3-1 if I decided to take my time and pick you apart with my soulless. Congrats, you are the LAST MAN ON THE HILL.

You think I am alone in losing interest in this? I haven't played a MFC match in like 3 weeks, despite asking a few players several times. Overall participation in this "tourney" has dwindled significantly. Blame a never-ending QR... ppl are just burnt out on playing gimble and gyre lmoth 18x a day.

I am lucky to have won a 3-0 match series...hmmm. you are lucky to have taken any games off of me...I totally had you on those other games if I just wasn't lazy or could ever take your skill as a serious threat. I basically let you win those too, sooo....yea!

if people don't sign up for the DE format which I just offered, then there is no more excuses. then its just lost interest in myth, not this tournament or its format, like I have been saying all along. It's out there in the open...it's there waiting for people. also obviously nothing about the tournament is forcing people to pick the same maps over and over again!

but adren, how could it be that when you say it, it's not some bitchy post-excuse, but when I say the same thing, there was clearly nothing lazy on my part and I was beaten fairly and decisively? How could that be?

Also how does someone lose the first 2 games then win the next 4 in a row? hrmm...

Giant Killer General wrote:Also how does someone lose the first 2 games then win the next 4 in a row?
they were all close games... the win could have gone either way on most of them... 3rd game really should have been mine... was winning the fight the entire game until end when i may a bad decision and went for the quick finish instead of being patient. that's how. except web lmoth... that was just horrible on my part. you can have that one. regardless of what you think, you have still not seen me at my best.

We are saying two entirely different things, retard. I was stating something obvious (to anyone who actually watches game 4 - DE), while you are just being a total cunt. Saying you were not trying and have no respect for my skill is not quite the same as me saying I should have won drowned empire and finished the match. No respect for the skill that has beat everyone else, including flawless victories over players you have struggled against? Please... be more of a idiot.

no i am just trolling you because you deserve it when you make your retarded post excuses. it is obvious to everyone but you (as usual).

i have apparently never seen your "best" then in the history of this game. you say that every time i beat you, which is always.

just admit your defeat like a man and you won't leave yourself so open to be trolled.

I am clearly better than you adren, always have been, always will be. just accept it. you aren't going to find a single honest person in myth to agree or even question the fact that I am better than you. to think otherwise is to be delusional.

but really who cares about who is better than who in a game? well clearly you do, but you shouldn't. though it is quite amusing how much that fact disturbs you.

oh, and you don't care? that is laughable.

and how is it obvious that you are trolling? you act like a cunt 100% of the time... who can tell the difference?

i don't really give a shit about anything, to be honest... and no, you really haven't seen me at my best in a 1v1. the only time i really let loose and play at 100% is when i am playing in a fun, relaxed series with an opponent i enjoy playing against. had some great 1v1s with tirri recently... i now have a great respect for his skills, and i'd expect that feeling is mutual. i enjoy playing EW because we've never been anything but friends and i don't think either of us care who wins or loses... so we relax, have fun, and generally play very good games. playing vs. Shai is always a pleasure... though it's been a while. I actually enjoy playing vs Paris recently too... he obviously gives less of a shit these days and as a result our games are fairly entertaining, regardless of the outcome. it's nice to see someone say "gf" after a game and actually mean "good fight" instead of just being a dick.

I can't recall a single time you've said gg, gf or anything after one of our games... even the close games that i lost i've said gf, and you don't even respond. i can feel the negative energy when playing you and it affects my game in negative way. Call it an excuse all you want, but i'd be willing to bet there are plenty of players that feel the same way.

please adren, you have a huge reputation for being one of the easiest people to troll in this game, so just stop right there.

I really like how you rationalized it in your mind in such a way as to explain why you always lose to me. Very cunning right there. rationalize it however you want, I don't care, it's just amusing. especially when you still try to cling to the thought of maybe you are just as good or better than me, after you just got done rationalizing how can't beat me. trying to have the best of both worlds I guess, having your cake and eating it too, all the contradictions be damned.

i don't say gg or gf to you specifically because every fucking game you lose you have to say something about why you lost. you just can't keep your mouth shut. so you lose all respect right there. why would i give anyone a gg or gf when they are going to be that much of a retard. maybe if you had more respect you would get more in return.

a seemingly endless tournament is what's going on. ppl have lost interest, as many ppl have already said... the QR round was dragged out way too long. Get on with the DE format sooner than later or it will simply never happen.

DE format won't happen until / unless people sign up. No one has yet, so it doesn't look good for that being a possibility. What this proves is that people have lost interest in myth period.

I won't disagree with that. Myth has been quite dead lately, considering we are in the middle of MWC... but you said the tourney would be an invitational... so throw up a list of names and gauge interest. I personally don't plan on playing myth after mwc, but I'd show up for a few 1v1s if it happens.

i have no interest in promoting an additional DE portion, I would only do it if others are already interested. nobody else is, so whatever.

If I had to do it all over again, I would have done this right before MWC, that is obviously the ideal time, but I didn't think to do this soon enough. I am glad I didn't do DE in the middle of MWC though, otherwise it definitely would have been dead in the water.
