making a bunch of team forums can be some busy work for busy people

if you're looking to help schedule, strat, and chat with your teammates there is a simple solution:

discord is simple to use and works like this
you make an account on discord
you create a group for your team
you send the invite links out to your teammates (they lock every 24 hours and need to be refreshed)
on your discord group chat you can post text, images, video and all sorts of content. the messages are saved and can be edited.
persons in charge of the group can also create subchats for specific topics and kick players who leave the group.
you can join multiple discord groups at one time.

discord also has VOIP functions similar to mumble, teamspeak and ventrilo
