I'd like to see a Myth movie made (I can supply the clips, if someone can actually make the video) of the evolution of Myth. From Crow's Bridge (first TFL level) to the newest Gladiators Armageddon. Seriously when you compare the two side by side, and to anyone of yesterday who hasn't played in ages, they would be hard to convince that this wasn't an entire new game. I think it would be a nice motivational (albeit who knows how much attention it would attract), but it would be a nice tribute to the Myth community if someone wants to volunteer help me out. Like I said, I have many films and clips to supply, I just have no idea how to make videos.

If you make a myth movie, never include this crappy game.

You W0t ? "If you make a myth movie, never include myth the game?"
LSO ~ Maybe if I hate on coopers for no reason, it'll make me look cool in front of da kidz.

I didn't get into coop that seriously until about 2011. I had already conquered everything possible in the 1v1 and team and 3rd party plugins world. Doing Myth Done Quick with Hadz rejuvenated my love affair with this game. We broke every outstanding record for fastest times completing each Myth 2 level. Literally crushed some records by implementing stellar tactics and executing to perfection.
It was around this time I was also introduced to Gladiators Depredation. I didn't like all the spells and weird units at first. I thought it wasn't fun because it was just a bunch of fighting and not much strategy. I preferred the more natural esque that regular coop and other 3rd party plugs had to offer.
Then a while later, I started playing it again, and for some reason this time it really stuck. It became really fun to vet up the heroes, level up, and find the best spell to defeat each enemy. The levels were hard, so it made you keep coming back for more. On top of just beating the levels, it then advanced onto wanting to beat it in record time, beat it without any casualties, and vet up certain units in record time.
Then Glad 6 was released, and it literally was more of the same fun all over again, basically in the form of a brand new game. New units, new spells, new easter eggs. It's fast paced, non-stop fun that tests your in-game awareness, microing ability, and strategy. Plus, learning which attack kills which enemy the fastest takes a good while to learn.
Also, LSO is a little bitch and won't ever come close to anyone's Myth accomplishments, let alone mine.

Its ok. Your useless jibes don't matter anymore. If I came around in 98 or something I would probably be around the top but to my misfortune I was born myth late. But that doesn't matter, keep playing your crappy G6.
(G5 is better than G6 btw.)

No, you would still suck. You just mad because your parents won't buy you a computer that G6 can support.

Don't see the need to call it 'crappy'. Objectively speaking, its the greatest achievement for the Myth engine since perhaps Mazz VI or Valley of Despair's impressive weather effects.
My only regret is not spending the extra months of work to optimize it so that people with weaker computers can enjoy it as well.. I really underestimated the amount of Mythers who still play on ancient computers by technology standards.
As for your other statement
What is it about G5 that you find superior to G6? and have you tried a full game of the current version? I actually do change a LOT of things between updates not just minor fixes.
Kryptos had similar feelings but never really divulged as to why (at least I don't recall).
I do like to hear constructive input on my work so I can better it when and if I can.

Valley of Despair is a really cool plugin but does need a few changes. The TFL-turn style unit actions gotta go. It resulted in many accidental deaths with the dwarven bombers. The zoomed in map view really is hard to gauge. Enemies that seemingly are far away are actually closer than they appear. And if you separate your units too far, they automatically regroup on their own. I think these were done so as to not exploit any mechanics in the map and waves, but still it takes out from the playability of it. To my knowledge, I am the only person to have beaten it on Legendary in online mode, AND in under 3 hours.

I have a computer than can handle G6. I had the version 1.1.8 or 9 with 4 different maps, des., winter, lava, and jungle.
G5 > G6: You mixed up the spells the casters can cast with G6. I learned G5 now G6 is confusing and G5 has better enemies and graphics.
(1-10) G5: 8.5
(1-10) G6: 1.5

Okaaaay.. So because G6 changes some spells and made things different it's therefore horrible?
LSO ~ It's just different now, and I don't like things that are different.
Better enemies is up in the air, some people liked the variety, others questioned everything that was thrown in there. 1.1.0 Contains brand new enemies to add a lot more variety to the enemies rather than just repeating tiers.
Graphics.. I hope you're kidding, pun intended.
Well I can see now that your opinion is invalid as you're just resorting to insulting it without any actual backup. You've officially taken your place as the new Myth pet.
Continue spamming forums, pretending to have skill, and sucking up to other players in their massive circlejerk. At least you can take comfort in knowing you fit right in with the rest of the degenerates like yourself.

G6 is actually how the heroes should have been done in the first place. The Sorcerer is the spell caster of anything fire related, and ALL his spells pertain to fire/burning. The Sorceress has all electrical spells. There are certain units that are nearly completely immune to all of their spells. Red dragons (figuratively) cannot be killed by Pyro. Unless you use his default fireball shot at them for hours on end, which isn't feasible during a game. Ele can only damage blue dragons via her shards attack.
Mage is inventory AND limit based, so its a different type of unit with a different function.
LSO is just FULL RETARD.

Those are honest opinions. Everyone has an opinion, I didnt do anything trolly I just said I dont like G6 as much as 5.
I dont suck up to any player, name one that I haven't disagreed with or argued with, and name 1 I have said I want to be like. I have some skill thats improving by the week, and Ive come a long way in the year understanding and playing better than a lot of people have before me. But thats unrelated, keep on playing G6 if you like I dont care.

you don't like G6 as much as G5?
have you considered how much time you've spent on G5 in relation to how little time you've spent on G6?

Yes G5 > G6.
Yes I spend more time on G5 than 6.
Probably 15-30 games on G5. Maybe 2-8 games on G6 and I will most likely not play anymore G6.

This thread has a lot in common with the NBA thread.
1. Less than a handful of people care about this shit.
2. LSO is getting told off.
3. Paris is being philosophical and shit:

Awesome!
As to what Kirk said a long time ago, I'd be willing to help make that Myth old-present film showcase.
