Par's Draft Tournament: Canceled

A single berserk reached us yesterday, after having come all the way over the mountains from the city of Willow, fourteen hundred miles away. He delivered to Alric a single package the size of a man's fist, wrapped in rags, and refuses to talk with anyone about events in the West.

Just put me down as a player for right now, I'll cap if it's required to get 4 good captains though.

You can prob sign up Shadow & Cruniac that posted in the other thread. PunkUser as well if the fallback ends up being on Saturday, bc I know that's what works for him.

I'll play. I'll do whatever if it helps it to be better, but would prefer to chill in Slot #3 or 4.

as long as fallback are not over 12pm Saturday I will play OR on Sundays im not playing 4am Sunday (your 2pm EDT Saturday games) no more. Its bad for my health and I do not have that kind of commitment to be fooling around with my job.

Hmmm so you want to play at midnight rather than 5 am (what the past draft tournaments have been at) and your reason is health? I can see why you wouldn't want to play at 5 am, but using health as the reasoning behind why you rather play at night is a pretty poor reasoning. There is scientific evidence that proves that the best time to go to sleep is around 10 pm & to wake up around 5-6 AM

Drunk, I could see where adjusting a fallback for a captain who's going to put forth effort in involvement and other aspects to make PWC fun for all, falls on a to do list.
But scheduling regarding a single or small amount of players would be done in a scheduling thread between the teams involved.

Cause of the kind of work I do , I work till like 12 at night, and have to get up around 7, it fucks with my sleep patterns. I honestly do not care if nothing is done or your opinions about my reasoning. Either way the show must go on with or without me.

you know what, throw me down to play. Do not expect me to show every game, more as a sub/filler player. When I do show though, expect a good performance.

Good turnout so far ladies and gents, keep your draft applications coming in.

@t
my girlfriend likes your post
since we are the only caps at this moment, what time works for you to run through the draft?
We should pick some time this weekend Aug 1st/2nd. Maybe we could find two other caps by enticing them with a time that will work for both of us to be available.

@PunkUser
saturday seems like the way to go

If you are taking map suggestions here is 3 that I would like to see:

Majestic Falls (2t light) CTF 16-18 mins
League From Somewhere (light) CTF 14 mins
Arcane haven Flag Rally 14 mins

Also I'm still willing to captain if 2 more good options don't step up. I was jut hoping to see some fresh faces in the captain chair.

i think the 28 players we already have involved will actually make this fun

i'm not so sure more could make it more fun
(as gekko and grim show up)

but the more, the merrier

we'll find 2 more captains on draft day (if none sign up), or something will be figured out

28 players = 7 per team. That's just going to turn into a major subfest :( . I'm sure Ghegnis,Flatline,Rabican,Zak and other will play if you contact them and sign them up.
