In the box where you edit article content, there is no toolbar of any sort at the top? If there is, click on the picture icon (should be greenish/yellowish). If you hover your cursor over it, it should say 'Image' on the tooltip. Click it, a popup box will come up, paste/type in the URL to your image. Click OK button. Then dance.
