Myth Money Match Scheduling

So we had 13 register, now the hard part. We need to see if we can get an agreed upon date in the near future with at least 12, and if we cannot then we'll have to try sometime later. I say we start with weekends in the near future that are possible for you. It is also slightly possible we could do this during a weekday, but those post-work times would probably be too late for tirri.

Browning said in the other thread he's not free until the 2nd weekend of September.

People can still register up till the point where we get at least 12 agreeing on a date, then we form teams out of that 12. We have some people wanting it to be random and others advocating for kickball, I don't really care which one it is. If we make it past scheduling a date and forming teams then an agreed upon map/gametype list will be set, then we will collect money via paypal.

Anyways, this Sunday works for me.
Aug 31/Sept 1 is no good for me, or probably anyone.
Any weeknight after 6pm EST works for me.

Is this 7 games? I guess I could play till 1am on Sun-Fri and maybe till 2am on Saturday. Thats me being as flexible as possible seeing there arent many euros in this match but of course I would prefer the earliest possible time.

This means the latest starting time I can make is 4pm est on sun-Fri and 5pm est on saturday. The next 3 Sundays work for me at least

I would prefer something in September or October. No reason to rush it, unless people think they might get rusty. But in all honesty I prefer October.

I probably won't be playing if this drags out until October. I thought the whole point was trying to get this rushed before the end of the tournament season so people are actually around to compete in these money matches.

Ideally this one should happen soon before interest fizzles out. If this one is successful, I don't see any reason why we couldn't make it a monthly event. Perhaps it will help keep people interested in myth during the inter-tourney doldrums and possibly generate new interest in the game!

Yep 7 games, with the slight possibility of an 8th game tiebreaker.

Right now we're looking at Sept 7-8, 14-15.

I think we've already shown having at least a 6v6 money match on myth has a high chance of happening, so if it doesn't work this late summer/fall we can try again later.

I am in for most days. Sundays starting Sept 8th do not work good(football season) I have season tickets and will not be missing the games to play myth unfortunately.

well divide ass was always about the scoring. if you could actually break through the canyon and get a target, you should be rewarded. if players are playing on fixed teams, it could definately be the 'go ahead' game

Need the population to get back up over the winter or next summer for this to really work.

Also the U.S. Economy is failing so I'm starting to doubt any Americans will have time to wager their money to play myth 2, and will need to work for whatever they can instead.
