When people say "4 baller" or whatever...are they referring to the ratings that MWC organizers have assigned to past entrants? Or what does this mean?

It was a mid Aughts' tradition that the loser of a 1v1 retirement series could return to Myth if he sent one of his testicles to his vanquisher. This is why 5 ballers tend to act so angry and aloof, because their scrotums are uncomfortably stretched out.
