Upcoming Network Upgrades

Just a heads up that the hosting company is doing some network upgrades on Feb ~4th/5th that may briefly impact connectivity to the metaserver. There may be 2-10 minute periods where you can't connect/visit the web site or similar as the networking equipment gets swapped over.
