I added some water and turned up the heat a little. They're almost ready.

Ended up serving it as chewy but not under cooked with Angel hair pasta. More Olive oil, salt, pepper. Should i have added butter and some fresh herbs? Probably.

I see no recipes. Only pictures.

Let me start with a recipe.
This is a real easy one.

Halal Guys Rice:

Serves Four

Ingredients:
Butter (quarter of a stick)
Turmeric Powder (1/8 cup)
Salt
Pepper
Rice (1 1/2 cup)

1. Cook rice in pot or in rice cooker. 2 cups of water to 1.5 cup of rice.
2. Refrigerate rice over the course of a day.
3. Take out pan, melt butter in pan.
4. Add rice to pan. Quickly follow along with turmeric powder, salt and pepper. Mix ingredients until the rice is golden yellow. Add other spices as necessary to tinker with flavor.
5. Serve with chicken, diced tomatoes, and other assorted veggies.

The Midnight Bologna Sandwich

2 Pieces Wheat Bread
2 Pieces Bologna
2 Pieces Cheese
Basil
Garlic Powder
Salt
Pepper
Mustard
Horseradish
Mayonnaise
Cayenne Powder
Fresh Banana Peppers
Blue Cheese Dressing

1) Place 1 Piece of Bread on Plate
2) Place 2 Pieces Cheese, and 2 Pieces Bologna on Bread
3) For 15 minutes liberally apply the rest of the ingredients as they sound good.
4) Attempt to place the 2nd Piece of Bread on top then decide to add more seasoning
5) Add more Seasoning
6) Place second Piece of Bread on top
7) As a side cover a Banana Pepper with about 4oz. of Blue Cheese dressing
