if you lose your password, you just need to make a new account?

It's Steam based now.

Yeah just go to the site and click "account" and it'll tell you your password after you log in via Steam. If you lose your Steam password you can use their forgotten password link, etc.

You basically don't have a GoS "password" anymore - just the site gives you a token you can enter in the client (as your "password") since the client doesn't directly support Steam login.

This happens after I login through Steam and return back to GoS
