Week 2 Power Rankings

1. Team GKG: Beat the other predicted finalist, Team Ratking. Both of the matches for this team so far have been blowouts. Expect to see more of that as the tournament progresses. Can the GKG strat machine be stopped? Will their top heavy roster be their undoing?
2. Zak's Kids: Formerly ranked 3rd and called a dark horse by most analysts, this weekend has seen them move up in the polls. Zak's Kids boasts the deepest roster in this tournament, and team comraderie that you don't even see in MWC! They had the most amazing comeback in the history of myth, against Team Ghengis Khan. That showed they are a second half team. Then they dominated Team Dantski 3 games in a row, before suffering 2 narrow losses. This shows they are also a second half team. With their ability to control both halves, who will be able to stop these guys? P
3. Team Limp: This team didn't look so good after an early tournament loss to Team GKG. However they had a great comeback and defeated Team Paris. Their loss to team GKG was not as bad as team Ratking's loss was so they are ahead of them in the rankings as well. Their heavy hitters are Sam and Rabican, which could be a problem against better teams. The question is, does Rab play myth better or worse when drunk? Will Sam stop hesitating when given power units?
4. Team Ratking: Champions of the former draft, these guys were favored to beat team GKG. However they came up short when a few of their stars underperformed. Can they make a glorious redemption later in the tournament? Probably not, but anything is possible. Lets hope that they don't just quit myth like Team BME back in 2006. Will the inconsistent Flatline redeem himself? Can Rawr be a champion for the people, and Ratking?
5. Team Ghengis: After a brutal 3-2 loss to Zak's Kids, all looked lost for Team Ghengis Khan. Morale was reportedly at an all time low. Slate was threatening to stop showing up for matches. Ghengis knew he had to win this next match or call it quits. Well win it he did, as he NARROWLY squeaked out a win against Team Asmodian. He might make it to playoffs after all! Does Chickenwire even know he is signed up for this tournament?
6. Team Paris: This team has managed to get 2 wins, and a tie. That places them above the other teams in the tournament ranked 7 and 8, who both only have 2 wins and ZERO ties. I hear Kilgrath posted in their private forum. If that is true, and Kilgrath starts to play in their matches, this team is headed straight up to 8th place.
7-8. Team DantskiAsmodian: Both of these teams have a 2-3 loss, and a forfeit, on their record. Their roster is very inactive, and full of subs come match time. Both have made questionable player trades to Zaknafein. But this is the draft tournament, where ANYTHING is possible.
