How Gladiators kills online gameplay

This is a story in 5 images. So Evil Jake hosts a few 2 team games- there are about 16 players online, all in Gonen's Bridge. Noticing that Asmodian is playing (I assume, hosting) I login to play some 2 team. This game of Trow CTF wraps up as I'm logging in:
Asmodian takes off and just as I join Evil Jake's host he switches to the terrible pick multi-team CTF on untamed lands, which I immediately drop to host 2team:

And lastly a small game of Creep. After Creep I notice that there are only about 7 players left in my host, so I run a quick game of LMOTH CLASH, but Revan crashes this game.
I shortly notice why:
Before this image was taken there were about 16-17 players online, and it was entirely likely that more decent 2 team games could have been played. Instead, "GLAD" as it's known became the only game on gate of storms and everyone logged off because fuck that shit. In the following phase someone (Malsleizure) will start a FFA game and a few AFK players will play a game here or there and Judgemental Illness will pathetically host Death Match on AVA (Farm) - Hunting game type, and then TSG will start an autohost. Unless a miracle happens It's almost guaranteed that good 2 team games are finished for the evening. Was it worth it to play "amazing graphics" gladiators again? I'm skeptical.

stop being a hippie idiot. new innovations like Gladiators, and dare I say it, Mazz, have held this game together longer than it should have been. I'm not interested in playing multiplayer anymore until the 1.8 patch is fixed. The owners/project magma are turning the game into a socialistic society; allowing shitty players to play better while lowering the skill bar for the superior players so that they can now feel more relevant.

one could also present the point with your data that using 3rd party for 2team games also kills online gameplay, lmoth clash is a desperate last minute/last game 2team staple over within 3-4 minutes.
i remember people used to chant about how ww2 split and killed the myth 2 community as well, perhaps it simply kept it alive.

There have probably been debates on weather or not glad/mazz type games ruin or save Myth, but I just see it as a game to play. I play all types so I'm unaffected by this. If no one on to plays glad, I'll join a ffa, 2t, ava or mazz or whatever.
Myth is Myth.
If 2t is all you care about, maybe it's YOU who kills online gameplay since you limit yourself.
but uh.. Oh no, you lost Ether and Wank from your game.
I don't see how a plugin that appeals to a totally different audience ruins your precious 2 teams
I left that game because you switched to Clash.
Clash is just a moshpit 1 click fest if you pick lmoth so I just left
its also cute to notice you said you stole people from that other guys host, then proceed to get mad when I come and 'crash' your game.

Deadfall.. special request required but generally no one drops if that's picked.

Zak never released the clue 2 fix, did Jon god solve the teleport bug? I'd be down for some quarantine / deadfall... But I don't know which version is current.

Deadfall needs finalized. But it has tons of different meshes and stuff and its pretty awesome.

I slightly remember there being a glitch in Clue.. If I remember it I'll look into fixing it myself possibly.
I haven't played ALL the deadfall maps or gametypes so I'm not really sure what teleport bug you're referring to.
The latest Deadfall that I have is v1.1 b25
It is unknown if JG will ever get back to it as hes been MIA from Myth for quite some time and only lurks on Tain/Hotline.
