Wtf that's the worst recommendation ever. "Hey go eat at this touristy chain that kinda sucks!" Also don't you live right outside of Sacramento in like Elk Grove or something, not SF?

If you're going to go the tourist route, just go to the Ferry Building and find something you like. Also be sure to visit the Japanese Tea Gardens. They're really spectacular.

They have a Bubba Gump's here at the Mall of America. If that's too fancy, I've heard of another place called Red Lobster, but it's not as well known.

Don't feel bad, smo. My uncle went to SF for some baseball games and didn't try one genuinely local restaurant, only places like Chili's and stuff.

I would stay far away from the communist city of san francisco. they recently banned all sales of guns in that shit hole of a city. looters gonna run those streets like mad.
