Will they be passworded games? Who will actually host them on the server? And can I get my game bumped to 3 PM EST?

No passwords, they will have to be in a film room however. Someone that has a good host that is on either team or find a neutral host. No, not unless you reschedule with the other teams captain and they agree on it.
