Communicate early and often if we need to reschedule to a different time.

Saturday would be better for me, personally! Likelihood of me showing up on Sunday is pretty low.

rawr, i understand that it's 2014 and you're new to scheduling for your team in myth tournaments, but that's not how it works.

i'll talk to my team about Saturday and see if we can work something out.

this is taking way too long to give us a heads of what times work for you guys, you asked to be fast so i got my team to come up with a time fast. with this late of notice being that its already thursday night, if sat around 2pm doesnt work for you guys im afraid we are gonna have to reschedule for the following weekend most likely...

My team will not accept a reschedule if you guys push this back a weekend. We have had 4 byes already with only 4 matches; I am not willing to have another bye that would have put us at 5. We want to play the finals next weekend so that we can wrap this tournament up.

dont tell me that, tell paris team that for not being coopperative in getting this thing scheduled...

Why is it 2pm now?

The majority of my team cannot play on Saturday, I'm sorry.

If a time other than 5pm on Sunday is good with you, let me know asap. We'd have to work with that.

We'll see your team at the fallback scheduled time. If you can't show, it's not our fault. Just crunch time.

Frankly the biggest riggery is par randomly changing the fall-backs to Sunday after folks had signed up to a tournament with Saturday fall-backs...

I do not recall posting anywhere this tournament would have specific Saturday fallbacks.

Also the finals maps are being rigged as we speak. Unlike every other rounds they have not been posted so he can hand pick maps that will give the bottom bracket winner a chance.

Wasnt Sunday at 5pm the only solution these two teams found before for scheduling?

Changing the scheduling between rounds does not exactly strengthen your argument. Point is if the tourney fall-backs were Sundays I wouldn't have signed up. Luckily so far we've managed to reschedule with most teams but situations like this are exactly why you need to post the fall-back time (which is exactly that - the time the game must be played if folks cannot agree to reschedule it, usually earlier) with the initial tournament information so folks can determine if it's worth signing up. And - obviously - that's a rule that can't be changed later.

Anyways we're almost at the end of this tourney, but hopefully this can at least serve as a lesson for future TOs.

But yeah, this is all an aside for this particular game.
