When shit like this is OLD why do we even still play myth?

A single berserk reached us yesterday, after having come all the way over the mountains from the city of Willow, fourteen hundred miles away. He delivered to Alric a single package the size of a man's fist, wrapped in rags, and refuses to talk with anyone about events in the West.

Gary's Mod, Minecraft and other similar freeplay/construction games are essentially variants of the concept for OOP! that Douglas Coupland proposed in 1994.

Buddies and I designed our own Warcraft 2 and Starcraft maps for LAN...
I'm guilty of doing some third party Resedit work on Ambrosia Software games like Harry: The Handsome Executive, and Escape Velocity. Just for kicks, I did some Marathon 3rd party level design, and also made some third party scenarios for Graphic Simulations F/A-18 Hornet Korea. I even tried to build a few Myth 2 maps/plugins but never got very far with them.
I also enjoyed tinkering around with modded Halo on Xbox.

And don't forget this epic Rube-Goldberg based game:
