Metaserver Updates 2013-07-29

Pushed a few updates today to the metaserver:
- Primary update is mostly internal cleanup and simplification of the games list. There shouldn't be any user-visible effects of these changes other than perhaps a minor difference in sorting of some of the games in the list. If you notice anything broken, please report it and ideally how to reproduce it!
- Added a ".games" command which tells you which games are in the current room, who is hosting them and, if they have started, how much time has elapsed since they started. This should take care of several requests related to hosts and status of in-progress games.
