The time when a post was made seems to change every time I visit the forums. Like a post that was made on the 12th at a certain time, is suddenly shown as having been posted the 13th at another time. Then next time I log in, it says the post was made 12th again, but not the same clock as when it was actually posted. Has happened many times now, when it seems at first there is a new post on a subject, but it appears to be the same post as before, just the time changed.

Not sure about the actual times changing, but if it's off by "hours" (not minutes) it's probably time-zone setting related. Each user can customize their time zone in the User Control Panel. If you're not logged in, it'll show the default time zone (PDT I believe), but once you log in everything should be in whatever time zone you set it.
