Ignore user option (for forums)

Is it possible to add one? I think mwc11 forums had an option to ignore a user so you couldn't see his posts or threads.

User Control Panel > Overview > Friends & Foes > Manage friends > Manage foes

Yeah if you add someone as a "foe" their posts will be hidden.
