[GROUP STAGES] Schedule Thread

Fallback at Saturday, 3pm EST, The most popular time for fall back was 12-6pm EST on the weekend.

All matches should be played from the Eblis Stone lobby

Week 1



As you can see, 8 teams are scheduled to play two matches, 2 teams are scheduled to play 1 match.
teams are more than welcome to play their matches sooner rather than later as Akira has stated. Some teams have a potential to get 3 matches under their belt.
Matches from future weeks will not be scheduled to be replayed.

play your matches each week. the general cadence is that each team will play 2 matches each week, BO3 FALLBACK IS SATURDAY AT 3pm EST

in 4 weeks every team will have played a total of 28 games, having played each other once.

after week 4, teams will have a week to make up any missed matches.

some weeks you may have only 1 match.

To be honest, it doesn't really matter when you play, Just be sure to post results in the results thread. Every captain is encouraged to get in touch with the opposing captain if they wish to schedule separately, otherwise the FALLBACK IS AT 3pm EST OR SATURDAY 12pm-6pm

After 28 games have been played amongst the teams or 4 weeks are up (weekend of 2/11), the 4 teams with the worst record will be eliminated.
All players of the eliminated teams will be placed into a player pool.
Captains of the remaining teams will be allowed to pick 2 players from the player pool.

The remaining 4 teams will play a single elimination tournament for the title of the 2017 Winter Draft Series.

Hey guys, here's my suggested schedule for Week 4's games.

Akira is allowing an extension week for any teams who continue to have scheduling problems, but I'm hoping we can impress him by getting these 28 games done in 4 weeks.

with this scheduling in mind, the only team who does not have a consecutive block of time is SC. If you're not aware of their situation, earlier games are better for half of their team and later games are better for the other half. PG, who only have one match scheduled this weekend, should of course schedule their match with SC at 3pm instead if it is best for both teams.

What do the windows of play look like for each team?

Of course, teams can proceed with scheduling their games however they please. Until i hear otherwise though, i'll be directing respective players and their teams to these associated times. For example, SJWS is scheduled to have 4 matches within this time period of 4 hours. It's tough to say this will be possible for them, but their scheduled opponents should have their squads online due to other scheduled matches.

Expect PG vs SC to be played at 3PM EST on Saturday instead of the 5:30 I proposed above.
