VoIP Info

A single berserk reached us yesterday, after having come all the way over the mountains from the city of Willow, fourteen hundred miles away. He delivered to Alric a single package the size of a man's fist, wrapped in rags, and refuses to talk with anyone about events in the West.

Mumble Tips

Make sure to configure mumble so others can hear you well. They will not be able to adjust the volume of users individually. Some users have the overlay option. Make sure to adjust it so that it does not block important parts of your screen such as the overhead map.

Ventrilo Tips

If others can't hear you well, you can increase your "Outbound" value in "Setup". If you are too loud, then decrease that value. Another thing you can try is finding your microphone settings from your operating system (Windows/Mac, etc.) and changing them.

If you have a hard time hearing some players, right-click on them and go to Miscellaneous > Special Effects. Select "Volume" and add it to the current list. Now change the properties to increase or decrease the volume and click OK. You might need to play around with it some more to get it just right.

To page a user, right-click on them and go to User > Send Page. They will hear "page from" and then whatever you put in the Phonetic field from your user name setup.
