Windows 8.1 Automatic Updates?

Windows 8.1 Automatic Updates?

Should I continue to let Windows 8.1 automatically download and install updates? Seriously seems like every other day. And then it forces you out of a task in order to restart the computer constantly. So fucking annoying. What the fuck is there to update? Other than making my computer slower and slower.
