Without getting into specifics, players need to be able to block being drafted by at least one captain. Perhaps I'm the only one that would chafe under certain captains' "leadership", but I'd rather not play than be forced into the yoke of someone I have no respect for.

Generally applicable, Myth is a game. Games, by definition, have arbitrary rules. This means the rules don't need to be justified by logic or balanced by consistency.

If the above is not true, it is not a game; it is a simulation, which can still be fun and competitive, but not a game.

Fetch need to be the highest cost of any ranged unit; ties are fine, but they're the only ranged unit where the trading philosophy is "max or lose". Base the others (dw hero, lock, etc) off of w/e fetch end up being (imo, fetch=10, dh=8, lock =7).
